Yes, we do ask for a retainer. But what exactly is a retainer? It's a fee that secures our services for your event date. Once paid, our artist is committed to your day, and we refrain from booking any other clients for that time slot. The retainer, typically 50% of the estimated total provided during the consultation, is due upon signing and dating the contract.

Please note that our schedule fills up quickly, especially on Saturdays and Fridays. We are unable to hold dates without retainers or a signed contract. For clients who book a year in advance of their wedding date, the retainer fee is reduced to 25%."

Bridal previews are indispensable for the bride, ensuring the perfect look for the big day. While optional for others, they provide an invaluable opportunity for our artists and clients to connect and collaborate. Why is it imperative? Because it allows our skilled artists to bring the client's vision to life with precision and finesse.

The only exception to the mandatory bridal preview is for last-minute bookings or special circumstances, such as mountain weddings or clients traveling from afar. This includes international clients, those from different provinces, or clients residing more than 5 hours away from our locations.

Regrettably, we currently do not exclusively use cruelty-free products. We deeply value our clients' preferences and strive to accommodate them to the best of our ability. While we aspire to have all our products cruelty-free, certain items are sold in regions like China, where animal testing may be required for registration.

However, we fully understand and respect our clients' commitment to cruelty-free options. If a client prefers to provide their cruelty-free products, which are properly sanitized and cleaned, we are more than happy to accommodate their request accordingly.

We exclusively use a diverse range of high-quality and professional brands, meticulously selected to complement different complexions and skin types. Some of these renowned brands include Bobbi Brown, Estée Lauder, MAC Cosmetics, Dior, Hourglass, Makeup Forever, and Too Faced.
